In my class, I combine an align based Asana practice, with Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mudra ( energy-seal - hand position to activate specifics Nadi/Meridians- and meditation techniques.
Respecting the anatomy of the body functions and follow the respective quality of each pose, I create classes to stimulates and strengthens the body self-healing abilities. Helping the Nervous System to deal better with the stress and the challenges of our everyday lives, we breathe and move freely.
